No. The chart is calculated from your birth details, then Angela personally interprets the placements, houses, aspects and repeating themes as one connected story.
You can still receive a useful reading, but the Rising sign and houses may be uncertain. Share whether the time is exact, approximate or unknown so the interpretation can make that limitation clear.
A natal chart describes patterns, strengths, tensions and cycles rather than guaranteeing fixed events. Solar Return and Saturn Return readings add timing themes, but they remain interpretive guidance rather than certainty.
